Zurich Assurance

This project consisted of a new build 7 storey office facility in the centre of Swindon for Zurich Assurance and a new home for their UK head quarters.

We were responsible for the full LV installation which consisted of: LV Mains and Sub-Main Distribution, Standby Generator System and Control, Lighting & Emergency Lighting Systems, Underfloor Power Distribution Systems, External and Architectural Lighting and EV car charging infrastructure.

We worked collaboratively with the Main Contractor to assist with design development and the management of the project throughout the build process. We overcame many challenges along the way due to the high end open plan design for the new offices. The end result was very well received by the client, so much so we were contracted to carry out the end client fit out of 3 no. floors plates post completion. The project was a real testament to all involved from AllPower and a true reflection of the work ethic and commitment our teams put into the delivery of our projects.
