AllPower provide a full range of services for domestic properties. They include domestic rewiring of houses or new-build apartment blocks, plus condition reporting and annual or periodic inspections for landlords on their LV and emergency lighting systems.

Compliance with the latest British standard can often be an issue when carrying out an inspection on an existing property, as homeowners and landlords will not always be aware of changes within the industry which directly affect them. Hence we always recommend property owners keeping within the recommended testing and inspection dates.

Some of our most recent domestic premises projects have included the refurbishment of Keynsham Riverside, incorporating a new luxury apartment block. AllPower carried out the full LV installation within the landlord areas and infrastructure of the 99 apartments. We have also recently completed the electrical installation for a luxury mansion in Wraxall, near Bath, which required a high level of detail and co-ordination from our site team to ensure the client’s expectations were met.
